The first steps to becoming a Ninja Investor

Property investment is a proven way to gain a greater degree of control over your life.  This can mean different things to different people.

  • It might be that you want to create an alternative means of income to give you the freedom to leave your current job or career.
  • It might be that you love what you do, but you want to create something for your own and your family’s future.
  • It could also be that you’re a regular reader of the Sunday Times Rich List and you’ve observed that the majority of people listed have property as their primary or secondary source of wealth.

Whichever of these applies to you you’ve already taken the first step and experienced a paradigm shift in mind-set that comparatively few people ever do.

Over the years of working with people on financial matters I realised that people held many beliefs about property as an investment strategy – and quite a few of these were wrong.

More and more people asked me how to improve their financial strategy and it became clear that there was a gap in the market to educate people about the realities of property finance.

Of around two million landlords and investors in the UK, a very small number understand these strategies.  An even smaller number are actually using this knowledge.

Ninja Investors know:

  • How to think, act, negotiate and profit like a cash-buyer regardless of how much cash you have
  • How to shrink the deposit by borrowing against the value, not the purchase price
  • How to recycle your cash from one project to the next, as fast as you need to
  • How to leverage low/no mortgage properties to do ‘no hard cash down’ deals
  • No bridger ever takes 50% of your profits
  • You can buy unmortgageable properties
  • The formula to work out the maximum you can make
  • How to make credible, outrageous offers that look like no other offer
  • You can borrow 100% of the purchase price on the right deal when you exchange with delayed completion.

... and much more.
